Mmmm... Biscuits

Perfect on top of homemade chicken pot pie.

2 Cups All-purpose flour
1 Tbl. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbl. sugar
1/3 Cup butter
1 Cup milk

In bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Cut butter into pea-size cubes and toss with the flour.
Add milk and stir with spoon until all flour is wet. (It will seem under-mixed.)
On counter, roll dough together into a ball then pat down to 1 1/2 in. thickness.
Use a biscuit or cookie cutter to cut out. (Use something with a fine edge so dough won't pinch together. This will cause it to not rise high.)
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Let cool slightly while you pat yourself on the back and enjoy!

Hey that might be something Joe might actually eat! He doesn't like chicken pot pies, maybe I'll try it! Thanks!
